That’s exactly why we created our Two Week Trial — a welcoming, supportive way to start your journey. If you’ve been wanting to feel fitter, stronger, and more energised, this is where to start.
Our Two Week Trial gives you the chance to experience what makes CrossFit Affinity different: expert coaching, supportive people, and training that’s tailored to you. It’s the perfect way to get a feel for our gym, our community, and how we’ll help you stay consistent, supported, and accountable every step of the way.

Here’s what you’ll get:

A Free 1:1 Intro Session
Meet with Owner & Coach Troy for a personal introduction to CrossFit Affinity. We’ll walk you through how everything works, learn about your goals, and make sure you feel confident and ready before your first class.

Two Weeks of Coached Classes
Join our classes led by expert our CrossFit coaches who guide you every step of the way — ensuring you move safely, progress at your own pace, and get the most out of every workout.

Personal Coaching, Support & Accountability
We take the time to get to know you — where you’re at now and where you want to be — so you always feel supported, encouraged, and held accountable to showing up and giving your best.

A Welcoming, Supportive Community
You’ll train alongside everyday people who are friendly, encouraging, and committed to showing up for themselves — and for you. It’s the kind of environment that makes it easier to stay motivated and consistent.

How to get started?

Click below to Start your Two Week Trial, and choose the date that you want to start your first class. We’ll get in touch to book in your Free 1:1 Intro Session before that date.

What to know more about your free 1:1 CrossFit Intro Session?

Once you’ve registered for your Two Week Trial, Troy will call you to book in a day and time that suits you. On the day, Troy will:

  • show you around the gym and help you feel comfortable in the space,
  • show you some movements and training styles you’ll see in class,
  • take you through a short workout at your own pace, so you can experience what CrossFit feels like, and
  • help you feel confident and comfortable before joining in our group classes.

Ready to Go? 

If you’ve done CrossFit before and already know the basics, you can jump straight into classes with the Two Week Trial — no intro session needed. Simply select “Start My Two Week Trial” and choose the date you want to start. We’ll be in touch to introduce ourselves and ensure you have everything set up and ready to go for your first class. Then you’ll get to experience what makes CrossFit Affinity different — real coaching, real community, real accountability, real results.
