We chose the name Affinity<\/em> because it represents what CrossFit means to us \u2014 connection, community, and shared purpose.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re Troy and Claire, the husband-and-wife team behind CrossFit Affinity. We discovered CrossFit in our late 30s, and it completely changed how we viewed fitness and health. It gave us strength, confidence, and a community of people who genuinely cared \u2014 and we wanted to bring that same experience to others.<\/p>\n

At CrossFit Affinity, our mission is simple:<\/p>\n

To help you become fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier\u00a0\u2014 through consistency, effort, and the support of a community that celebrates every win, big or small.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n
