About CrossFit Affinity<\/h4>\n

Beachlands and Maraetai’s Only Official CrossFit Affiliate<\/h5>\n

CrossFit Affinity is a coaching-focused fitness community based in Pine Harbour Marina, Beachlands, serving Beachlands, Maraetai and the wider Pohutukawa Coast.<\/p>\n

As the area’s only official CrossFit affiliate, we help everyday people become fitter, stronger, healthier and more confident through professionally coached CrossFit and HybridFit classes.<\/p>\n

Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after time away, or looking to take your fitness to the next level, our coaches will meet you where you are and help you progress safely and sustainably.<\/p>\n

More Than a Gym<\/h4>\n

Most gyms provide equipment.<\/p>\n

At CrossFit Affinity, we provide coaching.<\/p>\n

Every class is led by trained and certified coaches who guide you through your workout, teach movement technique, help you build confidence, and ensure training is appropriate for your current ability level.<\/p>\n

You don’t need experience to start.<\/p>\n

You don’t need to get fit before joining.<\/p>\n

You simply need to show up.<\/p>\n

Our job is to help you take the next step.<\/p>\n

Why We Created CrossFit Affinity<\/h4>\n

We’re Troy and Claire, the husband-and-wife team behind CrossFit Affinity.<\/p>\n

We discovered CrossFit in our late 30s and quickly realised fitness could be about much more than exercise.<\/p>\n

We found improved health, increased confidence, and a supportive community that challenged us to become better versions of ourselves.<\/p>\n

Most importantly, we discovered that fitness becomes sustainable when you don’t have to do it alone.<\/p>\n

We created CrossFit Affinity to bring that same experience to the Beachlands and Maraetai community.<\/p>\n

To help people become fitter, stronger, healthier and happier through expert coaching, consistent training, and meaningful community connections.<\/strong><\/p>\n
