Our certified coaches ensure that every person in the class is working at the right level of intensity for them. This means every class is achievable but also challenging, so that you are working towards reaching your fitness goals.<\/p>\n<p>So what is CrossFit?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong>Constantly varied functional movement at high intensity<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>CrossFit is the world&#8217;s most effective fitness program, and can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to better performance. The program works for everyone \u2014 people who have never worked out and those who have trained for years share equally in the benefits of CrossFit.<\/p>\n<p>CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program, the prescription being &#8220;constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>CrossFit is also a lifestyle, characterised by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. But a workout that\u2019s intense for one person may not be for another. Intensity is relative, which means the goal is to work hard within the limits of your own physical and psychological capacity, because that\u2019s where the results are.
