That\u2019s okay \u2013 it\u2019s part of modern life. Over time poor movement, injury, and stationary positions cause our tissues to change and shorten, often resulting in decreased mobility.\u00a0 Our Mobility classes are perfect for anyone wanting to learn to care for their body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The classes are relaxed, conversational, and you can even grab a coffee from the cafe nextdoor to enjoy during the class.\u00a0 Run on Saturday mornings, for approx. 45 mins, you will learn different techniques and approaches to mobilise your whole body.\u00a0 We use a combination of foam rollers, mobility balls, bands, dynamic and static stretches, and breathwork, all designed to get your body moving well and free of any impingements.  Each class will focus on a different area of the body.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Targeted mobility work is preventative maintenance for your body, to keep you feeling fit and fresh while you recover from intense bouts of exercise (like CrossFit) or repetitive motion sports link running, cycling, or swimming.
