Our No Sweat Intro is a free 15-minute appointment with Owner & Head Coach Troy.
No workout. No pressure.
Just a relaxed conversation where you can:
- chat about your goals,
- ask questions,
- talk through any injuries or concerns,
- see the gym,
- and learn how everything works.
It’s the perfect first step if you’re unsure where to start or want to feel comfortable before joining classes.
⭐ Option 2: Jump Straight Into Our Two Week Kickstart Program
Already trained before? Ready to get started straight away?
If you’ve trained before or feel comfortable diving in, you can jump straight into our coached group classes. Our Two Week Kickstart Program is designed to help you experience real coaching, structured training, and our supportive community.
For just $60, you’ll receive:
