Our Two Week Starter Program is designed for everyday people who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident — without pressure or intimidation.
For $60, you’ll get two weeks of CrossFit Affinity membership plus a choice of how you start, depending on what feels right for you. You can join a beginner-only Intro Class, have a 1-on-1 Intro, or jump straight into classes – and then you’ll experience our coaching, our community, and the structure that helps you stay accountable, build strength, and feel better in your day-to-day life.

⭐ Option 1: Join Our Small-Group CrossFit Intro Class
Best for: people who feel nervous or unsure
Start with a beginner-only CrossFit Intro Class, capped at just 6 people.
You’ll learn the basics, move at your own pace, and experience CrossFit in a supportive group of people who are in the same boat as you.

After the Intro Class, you’ll roll straight into two weeks of CrossFit Affinity Membership.
⭐ Option 2: Start with a 1:1 Intro Session
Best for: people who want personal guidance
Meet 1:1 with Owner & Coach Troy for a personal Intro Session. You’ll talk through your goals, go over basic movements, and do a beginner-friendly workout – all to make sure you feel comfortable and confident before joining group classes.
Then enjoy two weeks of CrossFit Affinity Membership.
⭐ Option 3: Jump Straight Into Classes
Best for: people who feel ready to go
If you’ve done CrossFit before or feel comfortable starting straight away, you can skip the Intro and jump directly into classes for two weeks — with full coaching, support, and scaling options in every session.
