Already Done CrossFit?

If you like, you can skip the intro session and use the Two Week Starter Program to jump straight into classes. You’ll still receive full coaching, support, and the chance to get a feel for our training and community.

What to know more about your free 1:1 CrossFit Intro Session?

Once you’ve registered for your Two Week Starter Program, Troy will call you to book in a day and time that suits you. On the day, Troy will:

  • show you around the gym and help you feel comfortable in the space,
  • show you some movements and training styles you’ll see in class,
  • take you through a short workout at your own pace, so you can experience what CrossFit feels like, and
  • help you feel confident and comfortable before joining in our group classes.
