If you’re going away or need time away from the gym, you can place your membership on hold.
Holds are applied in full-week blocks only (Monday–Sunday).
This means holds cannot start or end mid-week (e.g. Tuesday–Tuesday).
- Minimum hold: 1 week
- Maximum hold: 3 months per calendar year
We require at least 7 days’ notice before your next Monday payment date for all hold requests.
To submit a hold request, click the link below. This will automatically open your email app with a pre-filled template for you to complete and send:

Please ensure you fill in all required details:
- Full name
- Email address
- First day of hold (must be a Monday)
- Return date (must be a Monday)
- Reason for hold
Incomplete requests may result in delayed processing.
