Sit down with Owner & Coach Troy to talk through your goals, learn key movements, and complete a simple, beginner-friendly workout.
You’ll walk into your first class knowing exactly what you’re doing — not guessing.
Then continue with two weeks of coached classes.
⭐ Option 2: Jump Straight Into Classes
Best if you’re ready to get moving
If you’ve trained before or feel comfortable diving in, you can jump straight into our coached group classes.
Every session is guided, structured, and scalable — so you’ll be challenged at the right level from day one.
