We are pleased to offer the following CrossFit Kids & CrossFit Teens classes for Term 2 2025 (28th April – 27th June). Classes are every Monday starting Monday 28th April 2025 for the 9 week term. Please note that there are 8 classes in Term 2 due to Monday 2nd June King’s Birthday Public Holiday.
1. CrossFit Little Kids – Ages 5-8 years

Our CrossFit Kids & Teens program is designed to develop general fitness, coordination, and confidence in a setting that prioritises fun, variety, and participation!
The goal is simple: to instill in the next generation a positive association with exercise, a desire to be fit, and the foundation for a long, healthy, and active life.
Each class is packed with physical activity and movement education delivered in a fun and engaging format, tailored to each age group.
CrossFit Little Kids (Ages 5–8)
This program has a strong emphasis on play, creativity, and movement exploration. We use minimal equipment and lots of games to help kids:

Learn foundational movement patterns

Develop motor skills and coordination

Build confidence and social connection
CrossFit Kids (Ages 9–12)
As kids grow, we introduce more structure and challenging movements in a supportive environment. This group begins to work with equipment while continuing to focus on fun and learning:

Learn movement technique with safe progressions

Improve fitness and build strength

Enhance focus, discipline, and teamwork

Grow confidence to try new skills
CrossFit Teens (Ages 13–16)
Our Teens program builds on the foundation of earlier years and introduces more advanced movements and training concepts. Perfect for all teens – from complete beginners to young athletes. Teens will:

Develop strength, speed, and conditioning

Learn proper lifting techniques and training habits

Build resilience, discipline, and self-esteem

Improve performance in sport and everyday life
We create an inclusive and motivating environment where teens are supported to grow at their own pace, while being challenged to push their limits safely and confidently.
