Our CrossFit Kids & Teens program is designed to develop strength, coordination, and self-belief in an environment that’s fun, supportive, and structured for growth.

Term 2 Timetable
1. CrossFit Little Kids – Ages 5-8 years
- Mondays 3.45pm – 4.15pm
- 9 Weeks Monday 20th April – Monday 29th June (no classes on Public Holidays 27th April & 1 June)

2. CrossFit Kids – Ages 9-12 years

Our Programs
CrossFit Little Kids (Ages 5–8)
Play. Move. Build confidence.
This is where it all starts.
Through games, creativity, and exploration, kids develop the foundations of movement without even realising they’re “training.”
They’ll:
- Learn basic movement patterns through play
- Improve coordination and motor skills
- Build confidence in a safe, supportive space
- Make friends and enjoy being active
CrossFit Kids (Ages 9–12)
Learn skills. Get stronger. Grow confidence.
As kids grow, so does their capability.
We introduce more structure and skill development while keeping sessions engaging and fun.
They’ll:
- Learn proper movement technique with safe progressions
- Build strength and overall fitness
- Develop focus, discipline, and teamwork
- Gain confidence trying new skills
CrossFit Teens (Ages 13–16)
Train with purpose. Build strength for life.
This program bridges the gap between kids’ classes and adult training — giving teens the tools to train safely and effectively.
Perfect for beginners and young athletes alike.
They’ll:
- Develop strength, speed, and conditioning
- Learn proper lifting technique and training habits
- Build resilience, discipline, and self-esteem
- Improve performance in sport and everyday life
We meet teens where they’re at — supporting them while challenging them to grow.

CrossFit Kids & Teens Packs are for the Term. Payment is required in advance of the first class, and are valid for the CrossFit Kids & Teens classes held in the applicable Term. Packs are non-refundable, and do not auto-renew.
