Never tried CrossFit before and unsure where to start?
Our CrossFit Intro Class is the perfect first step. Designed for those new to CrossFit or coming back from an extended break, it’s a great way to learn the basics before stepping into your first class.
This 1-hour session is held monthly and is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of CrossFit in a welcoming, supportive environment. You’ll learn key movements—bodyweight and equipment-based—under the guidance of our qualified, experienced, and friendly coaches.
Your journey, your way
We know starting something new can feel intimidating, which is why this class is tailored for all fitness levels and is inclusive for everyone. And you won’t be doing it alone. This class is a great chance to meet others who are also starting their CrossFit journey—so you’ll begin with a small crew of people just like you.
After the class, you’ll receive 10 days of complimentary access to try our group classes. It’s a great way to explore class times, connect with the wider community, and ease into training with confidence.
Your learning continues in class, where our coaches support your progress—focusing first on mechanics and consistency, then intensity.
