Olympic Lifting & Gymnastics

At CrossFit Affinity, we devote an entire class once a month to developing skills in Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics, alternating each month.

Olympic Lifting:

Learn the proper technique of both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Each class is structured with a warm up, mobility drills, technique drills and a strength or conditioning component to develop strength, performance and confidence.

These are designed for all levels of experience – whether you are new to CrossFit and want to learn Olympic Lifts for the first time, or are experienced and want to embed sound technique to increase your lifts.

Gymnastics:

Level up your gymnastics skills in our Gymnastics Class. Each class concentrates on a specific gymnastics skill, such as handstand holds/walking, pull-ups, or toes-to-bar (T2B), with targeted drills to help you build strength, technique, and confidence. Whether you’re just beginning your gymnastics journey or refining your techniques, these classes are designed to suit every ability level!
