I’ve tried a range of different training styles over the years, but CrossFit was the first one that really stuck. I was pretty nervous to start and actually put it off for a while, but once I did, I knew it was something I wanted to continue, and I haven’t regretted a minute since.
After qualifying as a personal trainer, I had the opportunity to intern at CrossFit Affinity, where I realised that coaching is something I genuinely enjoy.
I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, get stronger, and feel better in themselves. Being part of a supportive community and seeing people progress over time is a big part of what keeps me motivated.
