I’ve tried a range of different training styles over the years, but CrossFit was the first one that truly clicked for me. Like many people, I was nervous about starting and put it off for longer than I should have. Once I took that first step, though, I quickly discovered a style of training that challenged me, supported me, and kept me coming back.
After qualifying as a Personal Trainer, I completed the CrossFit Affinity Coach Internship, where I discovered a genuine passion for coaching and helping others succeed. I’m currently studying towards my CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification and continuing to develop my coaching skills.
What I enjoy most about coaching is helping people build confidence in themselves and their abilities. Whether someone is walking into a gym for the first time or working towards a goal they’ve been chasing for months, I love being part of that journey. Seeing members become stronger, more capable, and more confident over time is what motivates me every day.
